BOULDER, Colo. – June 12, 2007 – Colorado Trout Unlimited (CTU), a nonprofit organization dedicated to conserving, protecting and restoring Colorado’s coldwater fisheries, has selected 18 Colorado students, two students from Maine, and one Texas student for the 2007 River Conservation and Fly Fishing Youth Camp taking place this week at the Peace Ranch near Basalt, Colo. The camp, now in its second year, educates students on the importance of coldwater conservation, teaches watershed inventory and stream monitoring, and provides hands-on fly-fishing instruction.
