~Parker Chamber Announces Festival Entertainment Schedule
PARKER, Colo. — May 22, 2007 — The Parker Chamber of Commerce is setting the mood for summer with the sights and sounds of the 30th Annual Parker Country Festival, presented by KYGO 98.5, on June 8-10 in downtown Parker. Festival goers can choose between several stages with free, live entertainment each day of the Festival from open to close. The Festival main stage offers a diverse line-up of regional bands, including Jakarta, Wendy Woo, and The Groove Hawgs, the Parker Idol Karaoke contest, and a nondenominational church service on Sunday morning, while the family/cultural stage features arts, cultural and youth performances. ~Fundraiser Brought More Than 600 People and $110,000 to Support Jewish Family Service
DENVER — May 18, 2007 — The Third Annual JFS Executive Luncheon, held on Wednesday, May 16, at the Donald R. Seawell Grand Ballroom at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, attracted more than 600 people and raised approximately $110,000 for Jewish Family Service of Colorado’s (JFS) programs and services.
