    Parker Chamber Picture Show Closes September 2

    ~Hundreds of Moviegoers Enjoy the Final Films of Summer in O’Brien Park

    The Parker Chamber of Commerce presents the season finale of the Parker Chamber Picture Show on Saturday, Sept. 2, at dusk (approximately 8:30 p.m.) with a classic Mel Brooks film. The Parker Chamber Picture Show, a Chamber signature event, has featured six show dates this year from June through September. The popular summer tradition has attracted hundreds of local residents to O’Brien Park in downtown Parker to see hit Hollywood movies on a large inflatable screen.     ~More Than 6,000 People Expected for Annual Events on Sept. 9

    PARKER, Colo. — Aug. 14, 2006 — The Parker Chamber of Commerce and more than 100 local establishments are gearing up for the annual Taste of Parker and Parker Community Expo, which are merging into one event this year on Saturday, Sept. 9, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in O’Brien Park. With more than 6,000 people expected to attend, the Taste of Parker and Community Expo offer excellent opportunities for local companies, organizations and individuals to get involved and gain visibility through sponsorship.
