DENVER — Sept. 23, 2005 — Xstatic Public Relations was honored last night with five prestigious Gold Pick awards, recognizing outstanding PR programs for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, Parker Chamber of Commerce and TeleTech. The annual Gold Pick awards, presented by the Colorado chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, salute the top PR campaigns of the year. Colorado Trout Unlimited Leads Annual Statewide River Cleanup

~Hundreds of Volunteers Statewide Will Participate Starting Sept. 10

DENVER — Sept. 9, 2005 — Colorado Trout Unlimited (CTU), a nonprofit organization dedicated to conserving, protecting and restoring Colorado’s coldwater fisheries, will lead the second annual Statewide River Cleanup on Saturday, Sept. 24, to remove trash from river banks and channels throughout the state. CTU and volunteers from throughout the community will patrol designated river stretches near Boulder, Denver, Durango, Estes Park, Evergreen, Fort Collins, Golden, Gunnison, Lake George, Delta, Longmont, Silverthorne and Salida to remove trash and elevate the health of Colorado’s water sources.

TeleTech Joins American Red Cross Concert for Hurricane Relief Telethon

~Annual Event Features Culinary Creations from More Than 25 Parker Restaurants

PARKER, Colo. — Sept. 7, 2005 — Mark your calendars now for September 17 – a day you, and your appetite, won’t want to miss! United Country Real Estate, Trevey Brokers, will present the second annual Taste of Parker, a Parker Chamber of Commerce signature event, on Saturday, Sept. 17, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at O’Brien Park. The Taste of Parker features a variety of tasty treats from more than 25 local eateries as well as pie-eating contests and cooking exhibitions from Parker’s best restaurants. Tickets are available for purchase now at the Parker Chamber office at 20118 E. Mainstreet in Parker, or at the event for $1 per ticket. Tastes range from one to five tickets each.
